本講以選擇題、填空題考察本章的基本概念和性質,重點考察平面向量的數量積的概念及應用。重點體會向量為代數幾何的結合體,此類題難度不大,分值5~9分。
平面向量的綜合問題是“新熱點”題型,其形式為與直線、圓錐曲線、三角函數等聯系,解決角度、垂直、共線等問題,以解答題為主。
預測07年高考:
(1)一道選擇題和填空題,重點考察平行、垂直關系的判定或夾角、長度問題;屬于中檔題目。

經歷用向量方法解決某些簡單的平面幾何問題、力學問題與其他一些實際問題的過程,體會向量是一種處理幾何問題、物理問題等的工具,發展運算能力和解決實際問題的能力。

①通過物理中"功"等實例,理解平面向量數量積的含義及其物理意義;
②體會平面向量的數量積與向量投影的關系;
③掌握數量積的坐標表達式,會進行平面向量數量積的運算;
④能運用數量積表示兩個向量的夾角,會用數量積判斷兩個平面向量的垂直關系。
