Less educated and less poised（沉著的）than his brother William, Britain’s Prince Harry has occasionally found himself on the front pages of some tabloid (小報) for the wrong reason. Harry has admitted drinking underage and smoking marijuana（大麻）in the past. In January 2006, he apologized after being pictured at a costume party dressed as a Nazi.
