Dear editor,
I'm writing to tell you about the online survey we have recently carried out among all students in our school about the advantages and disadvantages of "headmaster recommendation".
We do have different opinions on this matter 。As few as 97 students of all the participants （3.7 %）are in favor of this practice 。Thinking the system can ，to a certain degree，change the current practice that one examination decides everything 。It is worth mentioning that 28 students （1.1 %）are neutrals who only want to know what polices Peking university will introduce。
However，the majority of the students ---2459（95.2 %）---are strongly against such a system 。In their opinion ，it's very difficult to effectively avoid power for money deals in the course of recommendation。Therefore，it might be unfair to some of the students who are ready to take the college entrance examination。
