Tools used by professionals can serve the purposes of easing the work process or helping beautify the results．More than likely we've made use of tools to improve the crafting and complete projects．We're all grateful for calculators，computers，and smart phones for the convenience they offer．Along with these devices，I thought about the various methods and skills I've learned and integrated（融入） into my daily life over the years．
If there is a specific aspect of your life that you cannot overcome，perhaps you just need a tool or practice to shift the energy to produce much-needed power．If you're struggling with weight issues，or financial problems，there are some practical energetic applications you can learn．These spiritual tools can increase your ability．Choose alternate thoughts，actions，and solutions．Remember these are available．
Give you an idea of how easy some of these practices are．My ten-year-old daughter uses them at least three times a day．For example when tension arises within her friendship circle or if she needs to remember an answer for a test，she opens her one small box of candies and calls upon them for assistance．With these tools，she becomes smart to create change and achieve better results．
