I imagine the anger and hurt I felt then is something similar to how the parents of Faruk Ali are feeling，days after their autistic son was beaten in the street by two police officers as he was outside his house，helping to collect rubbish．Collecting rubbish probably made him happy．Many autistic people enjoy organising and systematising，and his simple enjoyment of this task being interrupted in such a seemingly violent way simply because he looked"suspicious （可疑的）"must have hurt him badly．
Disabled people and their relatives will be aware of the fear and ignorance that the general public may have．That  this  can sometimes turn into violence is absolutely terrifying．Andrew Young，a man with Asperger's syndrome，a kind of autism，was killed after pointing out that cycling on the pavement was dangerous．Some people with Asperger's believe that it is very important to follow rules，but telling someone so can be interpreted as"threatening"，as his killer said．
Obviously，it's not just tough for those with autism，but people with mental illness，people who have mobility problems，basically anyone whose behaviour might not fit the majority definition of"normal"．
There was something else I felt that day．It was shame．The shame that my brother and by extension we were different from the others，and that our differences caused them discomfort．I never want to feel that way again，nor should anyone else．
