     Nature is the mother of mankind. We human beings get almost everything we need from her. We live on
natural food. We make clothes from natural materials. And we build our houses of stone and wood.
     While we get almost everything we need from nature, it is a pity that humans take little care of nature. As
we ask nature for more and more, we have destroyed the balance of nature. Water, air and soil have been
badly polluted. Many kinds of animals and plants have disappeared completely. Many people suffer from
diseases caused by pollution. And many people in the world are starving. As a result, we humans are being
punished by nature for what we have done ourselves.
     In order to survive, we should learn to treat nature better so that it will look after us better in the future.
