Dear Ellen, I was very happy and healthy before but recently things have changed a lot. Now I can’t sleep well. As soon as I lie on the bed, I will always think about the things in the day.  I know how you are feeling now. I’m sorry to hear that you can’t sleep well. Don’t worry about that. Here are some pieces of advice for you. First, try to be confident in yourself and get in the good habit of going to bed and getting up regularly. Second, try to do some exercises before going to bed, relax yourself by listening to some light music and don’t think too much. Finally, try to drink a cup of milk if you want to.
