I saw a foreigner there who tried to tell the shop assistant of something but the foreigner couldn't make himself understood. I went up and was willing to help them. The assistant asked me if I could speak English and help her to ask the foreigner what he wanted. I turned to the foreigner and asked, “Can I help you?” “Oh, yes please.
