“ The truth doesn’t always go as it seems to” – a motto I have a deep understanding, which reminds me of a recent scandal. A famous South African athlete who was called “blade man” because of his huge achievement was accused of killing his girlfriend. This guy once was one of the few people giving me power to face challenges bravely in our daily life. I would have never believed my ears if I hadn’t read the news about him in details.
The scandal really teaches me a lesson: without careful research, it will be early to draw a definite conclusion on everything. A beggar might be a wealthy man in disguise, and a man with honesty might only conceal the darkness of his character. The blade man has “set an example” and we should learn something from him to equip ourselves with a pair of sharp eyes.
