A habit is something that you do often or regularly almost without thinking, especially something that is hard to stop doing.

Developing good habits of learning is necessary for us. First of all, we should concentrate our attention in class, which will help us better understand what teachers say. Also, we are supposed to make the best of the time for independent study, which can improve our ability to learn by ourselves. Finally, we are encouraged to finish homework alone.

At the same time, good habits of living are also good for our life. Healthy eating along with regular exercise is probably the only way to become fit. What is more, a good amount of sleep every night is also important for our health, for it makes us feel energetic and well prepared for the day to come.

Good habits have a positive effect on our life. Once a good habit is formed, it will give us power to control ourselves and get rid of bad habits. If we insist on behaving ourselves properly, we are sure to live a successful life.
