You know English language learning consists of two basic parts: vocabulary and grammar. You can try learning new words by using them in passages or contests, where you can see clearly how the words are properly used. Well, there will be a long summer vacation ahead before you enter high school, during which time you can hit a grammar book. After you read it, you will build up a rough idea of the parts of speech, different kinds of sentence structures and the uses of punctuations.

Last but not least, you should make use of every possible opportunity to practice your listening, speaking, reading and writing, which are the end of learning the language.
