Furthermore, it can shape your character, for it needs perseverance for us to get up early, especially in the winter morning.
To get up early, you’d better go to bed early and set yourself an alarm in case you might oversleep. Once you’ve formed the good habit, getting up early will become part of your daily routines naturally.
