The Internet can help us know the world better．We can broaden our horizons through the Internet．Chatting on line with the teachers after class can help us solve the problems that we have not really understood in class． 　　However, on the other hand, there is too much information that might do harm to us on the Internet, like violence．Many students get addicted to the Internet．They spend too much time on it so that they are unable to concentrate on their studies．What’s more, spending too much time on the Internet can make us short-sighted and do harm to our health too． 　　We need the Internet, but we should make good use of it and get rid of the information that we don’t need．
