You can start horse-riding at any age．Choose private or group lessons any weekday be 9 am and 8：30 pm（3：30 pm on Saturdays）．There are 10 kilometers of tracks and paths for leisurely rides across farmland and open country．You will need a riding hat．

Sailing Club；
Our Young Sailor’s Course leads to the Stage 1 Sailing qualification．You’11 learn how to sail safely and the course also covers sailing theory and first aid．Have fun with other course member。afterwards in the clubroom．There are 10 weekly two—hour lessons（Tuesdays 6 pm～8 pm）.

Diving Centre：
Our experienced instructors offer one-month courses in deep-sea diving for beginners．There are two evening lessons a week，in which you learn to breathe underwater and use the equipment safely．You only need a swimming costume and towel. Reduced rates for couples.

Medical Center
The staff of the Medical Center aim to provide convenient and comprehensive medical care to students and staff of the university．The center is well equipped and the staff here are trained to deal with a broad range of medical problems. Both female and male doctors as well as nursing staff are available for consultation．Also，all kinds of medicines are sold here and are cheaper for students than other drugstores．

Water sports Club：
We use a two-kilometer length of river for speedboat racing，and water-skiing．A beginners’course consists of ten 20-minute lessons．You will learn to handle boats safely and confidently, but must be able to swim．The club is in a convenient central position and is open daily from 9 am to 4 pm，with lessons all through the day．

The regular use of text messages and e-mails can lower the IQ more than twice as much as smoking marijuana（大麻）.That is the claim of psychologists have found that tapping away on a mobile phone or computer keypad or checking them for electronic messages temporarily knocks up to ten points off the user’s IQ.

Eighty volunteers took part in clinical trials on IQ damage and 1,100 adults were interviewed.
More than six in ten people polled admitted that they were addicted to checking their e-mails and text messages so that they examined work-related ones even when at home or on holiday. Half said that they always responded immediately to an e-mail and one in five would interrupt a meeting to do so.
Furthermore，infomania is having a negative effect on work colleagues，increasing stress and disagreeing feelings. Nine out of ten polled thought that colleagues who answered e-mails or messages during a face-to-face meeting were extremely rude. Yet one in three Britons believed that it was not only acceptable，but actually diligent and efficient to do so.
