Getting up early is beneficial to teenagers’ physical, mental and emotional development. For one thing, it can’t be denied that the fresh air in the morning does good to our health. Thus, doing sports at this time is a fine choice. For another, morning is the best time for us to memorize quickly and easily after a good rest at night. Furthermore, it can shape your character, for it needs perseverance for us to get up early, especially in the winter morning.

To get up early, you’d better go to bed early and set yourself an alarm in case you might oversleep. Once you’ve formed the good habit, getting up early will become part of your daily routines naturally.
