space作“空地”講，有復數(shù)形式；作“太空，空間”講，為不可數(shù)名詞，沒有復數(shù)形式，其前 一般不用定冠詞the ,如go into space進入太空。

My mother used to ask me what the most important part of the body was. I got different answers at different ages.
When I was young,I thought sound was very important to us,so I said ,“My ears,Mum. ” But she shook her head and said no. Several years passed,and she asked me again.
