At 2:30p.m. On Nov. 15th.,2010, a terrible big fire shook Shanghai and China. It happened between the tenth floor and the twelfth floor in the apartment building. What’s more（ Besides/ Also）, The whole building was trapped (surrounded) in the big fire. There were still some retired teachers staying in it.

By Nov. 19th. the number of people who were killed in the fire had reached 58. As many as 70 people( were injured)injured. Over 50people were missing. Finally（In the end）, It took over 4 hours to control /stop the big fire. The fire was caused by a few careless construction workers .

It is the biggest fire that has ever hit Shanghai in a century.
