I am a 14-year-old boy from a poor village in Fuyang, Anhui Province. Like many other left-behind children(留守兒童) in China, l live with my grandparents now. My father went to work in Shanghai several years ago. Last year, my mother went there to care for him because his health is not as good as before. Mr. Johnson was an old man with a bad temper（脾氣）. Kids were afraid to go into his yard to pick apples.
