If a driver uses a mobile phone while driving,he is risking his own life and also putting others lives at risk. Such a driver is selfish (自私的) and careless,and the government should take away his driving license (執(zhí)照) .
Mobile phones can be fun and are quite useful,especially when you're in trouble. But there is no need to use them while driving. Just wait until you stop or you will probably get into trouble of your own.
