Recently, the students in our school had a discussion about whether it is necessary for us to visit our grandparents and have a talk with them very often. Some of us think it is necessary for us to visit our grandparents and have a talk with them very often because it’s traditional to respect and care about the old in China. And our grandparents spent lots of time and energy looking after us when we were young, so it’s time for us to show our love to them. What’s more, there aren’t many chances left for us to stay with our grandparents. Other students think they’re too busy with their lessons to visit their grandparents and have a talk with them very often. Besides, they have no common topics with their grandparents. In my opinion, it’s our duty to visit our grandparents and have a talk with them very often.
