Steps：
★Try to look on the bright side of things.
★Look for groups in your area and do something you are interested in. Maybe you will learn some new skills and meet some people who have many things in common with you.
Tips：
★Contact your friends at least once a week by telephone or e-mail，or by visiting them to find out how they are. Remember important things about them such as birthdays and weddings(婚禮).
★If you have an argument with your friends， say sorry first.
★Remember never to leave old friends just because you have made some new ones.

In American schools，there is something called Homecoming Day(校友返校曰).Many high schools and colleges with a football team have a Homecoming game. This can be the most important thing of the year except the graduation ceremony. Students plan for Homecoming Day many weeks in advance (預先).
