霧霾成因：	1.越來越多的使用小汽車；2.人們使用了大量的煤；3.工廠排放了許多的有害氣體；4.在建造大樓時，有許多的塵土。等
霧霾 害處：	1.使人容易咳嗽；2.會導致肺癌。等
應對措施:	1. 盡量不出去；2. 關好門窗；3. 當出去時，應該戴口罩；4. 多吃水果和蔬菜。

At present, the air is seriously polluted and the hazy weather often appears. Why? More and more cars are used and plenty of coals are burnt. The factories give out much harmful gas. When many tall buildings are built, there will be much dust in the air. Of course, there are some other reasons.

The hazy weather is harmful. It has a bad effect on people. It may make it easy for people to cough. It may also lead to lung cancer. So we must try to protect ourselves. We should try not to go outside and keep the door and windows closed in such weather. When we go out, we should wear masks. We ought to eat more fruits and vegetables to make ourselves stronger.

How can we improve the quality of the air? We should live a low-carbon life. For example, we can go to work by bike or on foot instead of by car. We should plant more and more trees and other plants. I think the air will become cleaner and cleaner in the future.
