I know it's not easy for you to learn English, but I have some advice that may help you.

First of all, when someone speaks English, you should try your best to understand the main idea, not every word. Then if you always forget new words, you should practise them more. What’s more, if you are afraid of writing compositions, you can make a pen friend whom you can send emails to. Finally, if you want to improve your grammar, you should ask your teacher and classmates for help.
